- Installation and Setup are estimated according to the number of computers.
- Labor rates are calculated for Business Hours and after hours.
- Businesses with Servers will have a 20% increased rate monthly on the Server
- Prices are expressed in monthly fees. Minimum term 18 months-evergreen renewal 30 days notice.
- Labor prices are for normal M-F business hours; after-hours rates will be 50% more.
- Labor Level 1 has a 10% Discount from the regular price, Labor Level 2 has a 15% discount from regular price.
- *Administration Passwords and settings provided by the customer.
- ** Hours included on the plans are charged with 50% discount of the regular Remote Support fee.
- *** Basic Scripting includes up to 1.5 hours of research and development. After that it could be considered a project and it's negotiable.
